Why a wedding needs a guest gallery

  • The photographer can't be everywhere

    While the photographer shoots the first dance, the best moments happen at the tables: toasts, laughter, grandma dancing. Guests capture it – and you never see it. Unless there is one place where it all ends up.

    Messages compress photos, they get lost among a thousand replies, and half the guests aren't in the group. A QR-code gallery takes originals and keeps everything on one link.

    Create the album before the wedding

    Name, date, optional PIN. In two minutes you have an invitation-style QR card – PNG for print.

  2. 02

    A QR code on every table

    A card next to the table number, on the menu or with the invitation. The MC or best man just says: “Scan the QR code and send your photos”.

  3. 03

    Guests add all night long

    The phone camera scans the code, the album opens in the browser. The guest picks photos, optionally adds a name, publishes. Ten seconds.

  4. 04

    Download the originals

    You download the whole album as a ZIP in original quality (HEIC from iPhones included). Delete what you don't want. The album lives 30 days, then it's deleted.

Questions couples ask

Do guests need to install an app?

No. They scan the QR code with the phone camera and the album opens in the browser. Works on iPhone and Android. No account or password – only a PIN if you set one.

How many photos fit?

Up to 2.000 photos per album, up to 25 MB per photo. A wedding with 200 guests usually fills 600–1,200 photos.

What about iPhone photos (HEIC)?

They work. The guest sends what they have, we make a fast viewing version and you download the originals.

Do guests see all the photos?

Yes – that's the point: a shared album. As the host you delete what you don't want, and you can set a PIN so only wedding guests see it.

How long is the album available?

Uploads are open 10 days from the wedding date (so honeymoon photos make it too), viewing and downloading 30 days. Then everything is permanently deleted – we remind you by e-mail.

Can I create an album if the wedding isn't in Montenegro?

Yes. Škljocni works anywhere, in six languages (English, Montenegrin, Serbian, Croatian, Bosnian, Albanian). Guests from abroad see the album in their language.

How much does it cost?

A one-off €29.99 per wedding, no subscription. Guests pay nothing.

Does it replace the photographer?

No – it complements them. The photographer does the ceremony and portraits; guests catch everything else. Many photographers and venues offer Škljocni with their package.
