FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Do guests need to install an app or create an account?
No. They scan the QR code and the album opens in the browser. Name and picture are optional.
Who can see the photos?
Anyone with the link (and the PIN, if you set one). The link and PIN can be forwarded, so share them with people you trust.
How long is the album available?
Uploads are possible for 10 days from the event date, and viewing and download for 30 days from the same date. Then the photos are permanently deleted – we remind you by email 7 days earlier.
What about iPhone photos (HEIC)?
They work. Guests send what they have, we make a fast viewing version, and you get the originals.
Do you print the QR cards?
No – you get a digital design (PNG for print and PDF). Print it wherever is convenient, or send it with the invitation.
How do I pay?
By card, once, before the event. No subscription and no hidden fees.
