Service
Škljocni lets a host create a digital celebration album to which guests add photos via a link or QR code. The service is paid once per album.
Deadlines
Photos can be added for 10 days from the event date. The album is available for viewing and download for 30 days from the event date, after which all photos are permanently deleted. The host is responsible for downloading the album before it expires.
Access
Anyone with the link (and the PIN, if set) can open the album. The link and PIN can be forwarded; Škljocni does not guarantee that only invited people see the album.
Content
Guests and the host are responsible for the content they publish and for the consent of people in the photos. The host can delete any photo. Škljocni may remove content that violates the law.
Payment
The price is shown before payment, in euros. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com Market Ltd. Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all our orders: it processes the payment, issues the invoice, handles customer service inquiries and carries out refunds. Refund terms are in the Refund policy.
